How do I register? 

Click ‘Register’ in the toolbar at the top of the page and the register here button, and fill in the form. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking information. For assistance, or for a group pass, contact ElissaPeterson@theODX.com.

Who can attend? 

ODX is an event exclusively for sitting directors. Being director-only allows stronger networking and insightful roundtable experiences.

How will I gain entry to the event?

Please give your name to the staff at the registration table. We will provide you with a name badge and direct you to your upcoming session.

Why can't I find any emails related to the event?

How can I select my favourite sessions? 

On the agenda page, you can click the star icon on the left of each session to add it to your shortlist. Your selected sessions will be added to the ‘My Interests’ list, found at the top of the agenda page.

How will my personal data be handled?  

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

What is the cancellation policy?  

If you want to cancel your in-person event booking, you can do so up to 14 days before the event date and we'll issue you a full refund. Can I transfer my pass?

Are there discounted passes available?

The venue for 2026 is yet to be decided and will be announced soon. It will be in New York City.

Will food and drink be provided at the event?

Yes, dinner will be provided at the event.

I have dietary requirements, what should I do? 

If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
